CTET Admit Card 2017 available ctet.nic.in, Download CTET 19 February 2017 Hall ticket:
Central Board of Secondary Education will be conducting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on 19 February 2017 (Sunday) for finding eligible candidates for appointment as a teacher for class I to VIII. A large number of candidates had applied On-Line for CTET 2017 on CTET website www.ctet.nic.in. The test is conducted to find eligibility of the candidates for being appointed at teachers in Govt. schools. Those candidates who had successfully applied, can download their CTET Exam Admit card from here.

CBSE will release the Admit card of CTET to be held on 19 Feb 2017. It is available on its official website www.ctet.nic.in from January 2017 and you can easily download it from below given link.

CTET 2017 Admit Card is mandatory to be possessed for all candidates to get an entry to the exam hall as they will not be permitted to give the test without it.

Candidates should bring the following material on the day of examination:
Downloaded CTET Admit Card
One Photo ID proof (PAN Card, AADHAR Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID card)
Rough Work All rough work should be done in the Test Booklet only. The candidate should NOT do any rough work or put stray mark on the Answer Sheet.

The candidates may download Admit Card from CTET website w.e.f. January 2017 onwards and appear for the examination at the given Centre. CTET will be held in two sessions.
  • Paper 2: 09.30 to 12.00 hours
  • Paper 1: 14.00 to 16.30 hours

The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

In case of any discrepancy noticed in admit card regarding particulars of candidate,
photograph and signature or any other information vary from confirmation page,
he/she may immediately contact CTET unit for necessary corrections.
In case confirmation page is not generated after depositing the requisite fees, the candidate should approach the Assistant Secretary, CTET Unit, CBSE along with proof of payment of fee.

After downloading the admit card of CTET 2017, candidates should take a print of it and bring at the centre at the time of exam. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
Reporting time - Candidate report at the examination centre after 9:30 AM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper II and candidate report after 2:00 PM shall not be allowed to sit in Paper I.
The candidate must show their CTET Admit Card downloaded from official
website www.ctet.nic.in for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess the valid Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination
under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent

Applicability of CTET
The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government (KVS, NVS, Central Tibetan Schools, etc.) and schools under the administrative control of UT’s, unaided private schools, who may exercise the option, Schools owned and managed by the State Government/local bodies and aided schools shall consider the TET conducted by the State Government.
According to CBSE Affiliation Bye-Law 53, prescribing the minimum qualifications for teachers to teach various subjects in Classes I to VIII in the schools Affiliated to CBSE stands amended to that extent and it shall be mandatory that the teachers appointed hereinafter i.e. 6th March 2012 to teach classes I to VIII in the Schools affiliated to the CBSE shall qualify/pass the Central Teacher Eligibility Test or Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the appropriate Central/ State Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for this purpose.

Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items inside the centres :-
a) Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard etc.
b) Any communication devices like Mobile phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health band etc.
c) Any Watch/Wrist watch, Camera, wallet, goggles, handbags etc.
d) Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communication devices like Camera, Bluetooth device etc.

The test will start exactly at the time mentioned in CTET Admit Card and an announcement to this effect will be made by the invigilator. During the examination invigilator will check Admit Card of all the candidates to verify the identity of the candidate. Before filling the particulars or responses, candidate must ensure that the details marked will be as per admit card.
The candidates must attempt questions in languages opted by him as mentioned in the CTET Feb 2017 Admit Card. In case the questions are attempted in any other languages, the
candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled.
