PSTET Admit Card 2015 Available - - Download PSTET December 2015 Call Letter :
The candidates can download PSTET admit card now from official website and appear for the examination at the given Centre. In case of any discrepancy noted in admit card regarding particulars of candidate photograph and signature or any other information vary from confirmation page may immediately contact to PSTET for necessary corrections. Bringing PSTET Hall Ticket is mandatory to appear for the exam.

Important dates:

Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by Punjab School Education Board (PSEB). The board had completed the process of getting online applications on 23 November 2015. The test is conducted to find eligibility of the candidates for being appointed at TGT, PRT teachers in Govt. schools of Punjab. Now the written exam is going to be held on 13 December 2015. For that, admit card can be downloaded from 06 December 2015. Those candidates who had applied for the test can download their PSTET Exam Admit card 2015 from the direct link given here after release.

  • Online registration process Start 08-11-2015 TO 23-11-2015 (5:00 PM)
  • Deposit of Fee (in bank) - 08-11-2015 TO 25-11-2015
  • Period for Online Corrections in Particulars - 26-11-2015 to 28-11-2015
  • Admit Card of PSTET release date - 06-12-2015 (Sunday)
Conduct of written Examination - 13-12-2015 (Sunday)
  • Paper I - 13-12-2015 (Sunday) - 10:00 AM TO 12:30 PM
  • Paper II - 13-12-2015 (Sunday) - 02:30 PM TO 05:00 PM

All questions in PSTET will be objective type (MCQ), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct. There will be 150 questions having 150 marks. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking.
There will be two papers of PSTET.
(i) Paper I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
(ii) Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Note: A person who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II)

PSTET Qualifying Cut off marks:
Category - Pass %
General - 90/150(60%)
SC/ST/BC/OBC/Differently Abled - 82/150 (55%)

Validity of Certificate:
a) The Validity Period of PSTET qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories.
b) There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a PSTET Certificate. A person who has qualified PSTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
